Unique Services & Programs
What makes them unique?
Rapid Ascent offers free gamified learning, job simulation, and leveling up into a paid apprenticeship with top employers. They are open to anyone; no degree or experience is required.
The program starts with 2-4 weeks of initial training online and earning certifications. Companies recruit you, and you would get an apprenticeship. You will become DoL certified as a cybersecurity analyst or engineering apprentice. You will then interview with companies and get hired by sponsors or recruited by other employers.
You will then use a cybersecurity simulator where you would train on actual systems, secure networks against real threats, and see how they withstand attacks. Gamified is where you would gain skills, unlock rooms, get badges, and post accomplishments on social media. You can then build a portfolio, show your skills, and qualify for apprenticeships.
At the apprenticeships, you would train as a company-paid employee and get mentored by experts while performing hands-on tasks.
In addition, they also have a blog and events listed, such as the Garther Cybersecurity Summit.
