One thing I like about the Frontline website is that they have different departments for each pipeline: Employers and Candidates. While a lot of staffing agencies have similar setups, Frontline divides their offerings further by offering an Executive Search.
The Executive Search uses staffing specialists who work with both candidates and employers to find the perfect match between the two. The executive level is where the two pipelines merge, and it seems to work really well.
Frontline also offers Candidates an app to assist with job searching. Not all staffing agencies have applications, so that is one thing that sets them apart from other companies.
