The first step is helping the veteran identify their strengths and helping them chart a path. Each veteran gets a free skills assessment that is followed by a one-hour meeting with a trained coach. They offer a wide range of services beyond this such as video interview packages and access to hundreds of workshops to support the certification and skills required to help them successfully integrate and be effective in the business world and civilian workforce.
They offer over 250 workshops and certification courses in 10 key training areas that are designed to build upon and enhance a veteran’s military skills. You can learn either in person, with a webinar, or online with a self-paced course.
