Their events are front and center so it is easy to find out information about them and to contact the company whether you are looking for a job or are a company that is hiring. MOJO typically hosts 250-300 candidates and 45-50 employers at each military job fair, yielding a very high-touch, low candidate to company ratio, unlike many other veteran events. Many candidates are interviewed on site. Candidates receive a resume review (and rewrite if needed) and career counseling upon registration. MOJO hosts industry seminars and a networking event with free food/beverages the night before the job fair. Very personal, MOJO works with each candidate individually.
