Company Review and Testimonials

I am most impressed with Organized Q because of their focus on employing veterans and military spouses. Anyone can apply, but the company is keen to hire members of the military community.

One thing you’ll notice from the company website is that there is no job board. At first, it seemed odd until I realized the nature of the Virtual Assistant services industry. Organized Q created a talent pool from which they place people into positions requested by the company’s clients. So, instead of a job board, a job seeker applies to Organized Q and from there gains access to projects with multiple and varying companies that seek their services. Very cool.

As for applying, interested job seekers will submit an Employment Inquiry, which is kind of like filling out a job application. You’ll provide basic data about yourself, but they will also ask about your professional competencies. At the end of the application form, you will upload a resume and a cover letter or video.

Finally, it is worth noting that there are some hybrid opportunities with Organized Q from time to time. Some clients may need people in the office periodically to handle certain aspects of a project. When you fill out the employment inquiry, Organized Q will ask if you’re willing to do hybrid work and the nearest metropolitan area to you. Being open to hybrid work is NOT a prerequisite for remote employment.
