One thing you’ll notice from the company website is that there is no job board. At first, it seemed odd until I realized the nature of the Virtual Assistant services industry. Organized Q created a talent pool from which they place people into positions requested by the company’s clients. So, instead of a job board, a job seeker applies to Organized Q and from there gains access to projects with multiple and varying companies that seek their services. Very cool.
As for applying, interested job seekers will submit an Employment Inquiry, which is kind of like filling out a job application.
