San Antonio Staffing Review and Testimonials

From sanantoniostaffing.com

At first glance, the website looks a bit outdated, and the last copyright date on the bottom is from 2010. However, I did call the company and verified that they are, in fact, still operating. Which is great news for a company that’s been around since 1994.

I like that San Antonio Staffing finds short-term assignments and long-term projects for people. The stigma of having to work someplace for years and even decades is one that is gradually phasing out. The gig economy is booming as more and more people look for flexibility in a job.

With that, many of the jobs that are available are service-oriented or general labor positions. For people who only have a high school diploma, there are jobs available. But a major focus of San Antonio Staffing’s positions are on the skilled trades.

There is nothing really said about benefits offered by the company, but they do state on their website that they, “provide extensive orientation training for our new personnel and continue to invest in our employees with ongoing coaching and counseling, job-specific training, and retention and recognition programs.”

Company Testimonials

“I was hired on here as a plasterer 12 years ago through San Antonio Staffing, and now I’m a project superintendent. San Antonio Staffing does a good job of preparing their workers so they come to an assignment knowing everything they need to know about their job.” – George, Developer
