Concorde Career College is a two-year private university offering associate’s degrees and certificates. They operate 17 different campuses across eight states, as well as online. They are called the Concorde Career College or the Concorde Career Institute. They focus on training America’s next generation of healthcare and dental professionals. 

Concorde Career College uses a blended education model which combines lab classes and clinical experiences. They are accredited by the Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges (ACCSC) and the Council on Occupational Education (COE). They offer over 20 programs in as few as eight months.

The RN-BSN, Dental Hygiene, Healthcare Administration, and Surgical Technology programs are 100% online, however, all other programs use the blended education program and you would need to live near one of the schools to be able to attend the labs that are required.

San Antonio, TX offers dental assistant, dental hygiene, medical assistant, physical therapist assistant, surgical technology, and cardiovascular sonography. San Antonio’s cost of living is lower than the national average making it an affordable place to live.  

The median rent for an apartment differs greatly depending on where you live. In San Diego, the median rent is $2,916, in Jacksonville, $1,530, and in San Antonio, $1,281. As you can see, San Antonio would be more affordable while San Diego could be more difficult to find a place to rent for those receiving GI Bill BAH benefits.

  1. Practical/Vocational Nursing Diploma 
    • This degree can be earned in as few as 13 months. Those in the program will learn how to provide basic medical care and work under the direction of doctors and other healthcare professionals. 
  2. Dental Assistant Program 
    • This degree can be earned in eight months or up to 18 months for an associate degree. Students would learn how to welcome clients, maintain the back office, or assist a dentist in procedures. 
  3. Physical Therapist Assistant Associate Degree Program
