Hey we’re going to talk a lot about winning the interview, and I know that’s one of your biggest concerns, and we’re going to give you the tips. We’re going to talk to you about the interview process and what they’re ultimately trying to find. At the end of the day, you have to do one thing in the interview, and that is convey your value.

And it’s not you and your old team, it’s you. It’s not hey my old platoon we accomplished this, it’s no.

I was faced in this situation, with these circumstances, I made these decisions, oriented my team and we accomplished these things, your team’s not interviewing for the job, you are! At the end of the day, you’ve got to show the company and convey to them, that you will bring value to that new company, above and beyond what they are paying you. That’s the whole point.
